1 The Agreement
1.1 By purchasing or using one of our products or services you are entering into a contract with the LondonWebFactory.Com Ltd, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AD, United Kingdom, UK Company Registration Number: 07879213, UK VAT number: GB778252984, and you are implying that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and by purchasing a product or service you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
1.3 These terms describe your legal rights and comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations that implement the UK Consumer Rights Directive that came into law on the 13 June 2014.
1.4 This is a live document and is subject to change without notice and at our discretion. All changes will be fair and reasonable and will not affect your statutory rights as described in the Consumer Contracts Regulations in 1.3 of this document.
2 Terms and Conditions of Sale for Training Courses
2.1 When you book a place on one of our training courses, you are purchasing ticket to that event.
2.2 Pre-booked tickets are only valid for the stated event.
2.3 We are unable to refund tickets once they have been purchased.
2.4 You may transfer your ticket to another person.
2.5 Course tuition fees do not include accommodation, meals, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred.
2.6 We are not responsible for any form of consequential loss. For your protection you should make sure that you are covered by insurance that will enable you to recover consequential losses that you could occur due to illness, hospital appointments, bereavement or other unforeseen events. This might be the case if you pay by credit card, but you should check with your credit card provider to be sure.
2.7 For the benefit of all attendees, it is important to maintain a quiet, comfortable and harmonious training environment and to these ends we do not allow the use of any personal electronic products such as computers or tablets during the training sessions, unless specifically instructed by us. Training sessions are typically 60-90 minutes in length and you will have ample time during breaks to catch up with your business.
2.8 We do not allow the use of any type of recording device at any time while you are attending one of our training courses.
2.9 Each training course attendee is provided with a Single User Licence to use the associated training course resources for at least 12 months from the date of the training course.
2.10 By booking a place on one of our training courses you agree to abide by our Single User Licence Agreement for Training Course Resources.
3 Terms and Conditions of Sale for Software
3.1 Each software product contains its own stand-alone licence document which is presented to you at the time of install. You must review and accept these terms to install the software.
3.2 Software products are non-transferable.
3.3 We are unable to refund software licences once they have been purchased.
